Frances Mazur

Having started her career working for the largest recruiting firms in the world, Frances Mazur recruited for 25 of the Fortune 100 and performed in the Top 10% of recruiters in the nation. She also helped many small to mid-size companies find their first critical hires, grow to the next level, or rebound from a downturn by introducing just the right person for the job.

Over the course of 10 years, Frances recruited for many industries, but she had a particular passion for her clients in Beauty. So in 2006, she turned her passion into a business and started her own recruiting firm. Within three years, she added Lifestyle and Wellness brands, and with the re-launch of Mazur Group, she has dedicated herself to the experts working in these industries through a website full of resources. Frances also launched the Beauty Biz Roundtable series, an evening of networking and roundtable discussions with executives from major beauty brands.

Frances will always cherish her Midwestern values and work ethic and is an alumni of Indiana University, a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and Beauty Industry West (BIW), and a very active teen mentor for Step Up Women’s Network.
